Al-Qaddoumi said Israel provided no reason for not accepting the offer.

Damn it’s almost like Israel has a formal policy called the Hannibal Directive where all hostages are considered dead already so they don’t have to lower themselves to negotiating with Arabs. Crazy.
They don’t want Hamas to keep looking like the good guys.
