Absolutely loved this game as a kid, played the absolute shit out of it. I cant really remember why I liked it more than FF Tactics, I just know I did but everyone else disagreed with me back then. And probably now.

Haven’t tried this one myself. I have used some of their other controllers, most recently the pro3 and I’m a fan. Pro3 has the ability to swap the joystick nubs for arcade style balls which is pretty cool. They feel and work just like you would expect.

I typically wait for a solid sale to get these games, but if the denuvo is still on I might as well sail the high seas just so it runs well. Its kind of fucked up, their anti piracy measure is whats encouraging me to pirate it. Otherwise it would be simpler to just hit the buy button and have steam handle it.

They arent… But thats overkill too, you can get ps5 equivalent with a 3080. I don’t even consider that the overall stat to worry about, its more like install base and scalability. You can run a lot of PS5 games with less power, and having so many steam users who will be retained longer through multiple console generations has value. I dont need to purchase a PS6 when my PC will run those games and keep my old ones. I can buy new games without buying new hardware. Thats a valuable market for someone selling software.

Im surprised I never heard of that. Playstation was my console of choice for several generations before I switched to PC. I used to really pay attention to everything they did.

Original steam machine came out in 2015. This is why big picture mode was introduced. People liked them but they werent a big seller, and was generally considered a flop. Apparently enough of a flop that some people don’t remember it.

I figure itll be in the bargain bin soon, so if whats there plays well enough I will give it a go. A shame it doesnt live up to expectations but it might still be fun to me.
