The real issues are 1, people who don’t care if the other person consents (actual rape) and 2, people, mainly young women, who regret it the next day and think they can revoke consent after the fact (not rape)… and the biggest issue with those is figuring out which one actually happened since both are unfortunately a thing. If they don’t do enough for column 1 that’s bad, but when they go too far for column 2 that’s also bad… it’s a mess.
