Hey guys, things have been crazy around these parts and I haven’t been able to post as frequently as before. This is a great community that doesn’t need a lot of content moderation, but I am reaching out to see if there is any interest for a new mod that will be engaged and inspire more conversation on the subject of movies that we all love. I wish I could be that person but life and my other modding duties have stretched me pretty thin and I’d love to have some help since the exit of our other mods. Please let me know if you are interested.
I am not up for the responsibility of modding, but I’m happy to make a bot for posting once a week about notable upcoming releases that week with good RT scores? Or is that too spammy in nature to be a good idea to do?

She turned up in a Politics thread so Cryophilia started trolling like mad and berating imaginary “Bernie bros”. Jordanlund came rushing to his aid because he got butthurt at the pushback.
What does that have to do with this community?
Please take your vitriol elsewhere.
Maybe trolls depend on the mods being overworked, and so they like to jump on opportunities to be gratuitously dickish to the mods and try to spread hatred and discouragement, to serve their own weird little purposes.
Or IDK, maybe they are just dicks and like being hostile.
