In any other situation, if a defendent were being disorderly and uncontrollable in the court room, you’d think the judge might order them confined somewhere. Some sort of lockable room, you know until they’re less, shall we say, contemptuous?
Trumps “defence/defense” has been to make the trial a political opportunity and to aim for a mistrial. The last thing the judge is going to do is give them that ammunition, he’ll only throw him out of court or into a cell if he really has no other choice. Don’t forget that Trumps already been found to have committed fraud the only purpose of this trial is to determine what sentence to set so the worse he acts up the harsher the sentence and so far the defense have othered nothing in mitigation.
Probably not going to happen because apparently part of the defense strat is trying to aggravate the judge to where he throws him in jail or makes a mistake that could be seen as overreach etc, and give them a plausible avenue for appeal.
