    They dropped as car manufacturers forfilled their fleet targets. EU targets have been raised, so it should go up again.

    I suspect this is to an large extend caused by two factors:

    1. Higher sales at the end of the subsidy period. Thus the period right after has less sales.
    2. It’s not profitable any longer to buy a electric car with subsidy in Germany, use it a bit and then sell it in Norway for a higher price.
