If a niche community has people that persistently downvote every post

  1. is that healthy for the community?
  2. is that healthy for lemmy in general?

Examples that come to mind are political communities, linus tech tips, diet communities, etc. There will be a group of people who will not make comments, posts, but will strictly downvote everything that is in the community.

This is a continuation of a discussion @Blaze@feddit.org and I started elsewhere, but it deserves it’s own space for meta-moderation discussion.

Not shocked, the intention isn’t to be contentious. If a group wants to prevent another group from existing, or talking, then there is going to be conflict.

Yeah Boiled Steak in Butter was a interesting video, ordinary sausage is a avantgarde food artist of the highest order.

Veggies can really make your meat dish explode in flavor! Live that good life.

I suspect the ridiculously sized burgers exist just for photos now, instagram food. Or maybe the back of the house just wants to see if anyone will try to eat it.
