The old design currently is not removed entirely: you need to switch “Desktop Visual Refresh” toggle in Experiments to “Treatment 0: control”. I don’t know how to toggle experiments without Vencord, but probably there are other way to do it.
But eventually the old design will be removed, and it will be impossible to return at least part of it without patches.
If you have issues with Vencord, there is another patcher BetterDiscord, but I’m not familiar with that.
