Neck and shoulder tightness and strains also cause me to get headaches, especially if I’ve been hunched over at a desk and it bunches up all my muscles together. I think they’re called tension headaches?
minus-squareGibsonhasafluffybutt@aussie.zonelinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·2 months agoThanks mate :) Headache is subsided, doing exercises to try to stop it happening in the first place. I get the same thing from sitting at a desk. Ergonomics is really, really important. I call them migraines because I’m pretty much paralysed; can’t get up, can’t move, can’t eat, feel like throwing up from the pain. Stretch your shoulders everyone!!! lol
