He definitely used AI. ChatGPT gave me the same formula he used, and nearly the same uninhabitable islands.
This makes me think he just hit the tariff button and called it a day
So apparently what they did was subtract the imports minus exports for each country, express as a % and divide by 2 for tariffs.
