Unemployed end up in camps. Unemployed with skills and/or debt become work slaves. Work slaves die in camp. Repeat. Seized assets keep the economy moving until war were declared. TLDR: you can have lower unemployment if you get rid of unemployed people.

Or even better, give them to kids and let them do some mas sshootings at schools. This would prevent unemployment in the first place.
