Private equity has them sign a 10 yr rent contract over the amount plus interest and pays the contractor. This is just circumventing the banking and accounting laws. Its basically fraud.

So essentially, meta wants to build a 100 mil datacenter. Private equity has them sign a 10 yr rent contract over the amount plus interest and pays the contractor.
