The problem with messages like this is that it is vague.
The poster is just as likely to advocate the dissolution of congress as they are to advocate taxing the rich, but never both.
The problem is that someone graffiti’d their obsession over a far deeper message, presumably because they could not get over having it as their comfort zone excuse.
Both messages are true.
