Or is it likely to incur an expensive plumber bill, cuz i can live without 1/2 kitchen sink but I cannot stomach another expensive cost to my budget

    I just mean is it likely to be trivial for them to do in-house? They really dont want me going it alone in terms of the fixtures and plumbing

    Just barely figured out how to get my weighted blanket back in its cover, thats like it for me this month lol
