My guess would be c/memes? And i’m going over the more proper use of the word here (instead of the modern, more ubiqutous interpretation that memes are “haha funny wojak template” or whatever) because it’s a viral video from Chinese social media instead of News (sarcastic pause) …about the US
honestly there is not a specific community fro this, if all else fails just chuck it into deprogram or latestage xD
