Kyle and Jackie O’s controversial breakfast radio show taken off air after hosts fall out

And nothing of value was lost.

I’m too cynical to believe this is real. It’ll be some bullshit publicity stunt for Jackie O’s own show that’s about to launch or something similar.

I can safely say I’ve never listened to the pair of "beeeeeeeeep"s. I’ve read enough to know that I really don’t like them. And I believe they’ve been going as a duo for 20 years. I find that life extremely shallow.

Each to their own as I often say.

I haven’t heard them since they were on B105 doing a Hot30 count down at night or something similar? I was still in school I know that much.

There was a kid at school who we called Schooner. He used to ring them up during that segment and get on radio quite a lot. I wonder what happened to that dude?

Henderson has not presented the morning show on Kiis since an on-air spat on 20 February, in which Sandilands mocked her for her interest in astrology. Speculation over whether she would return to the show has since run rife, culminating with the shock announcement the highest-paid partnership in media was over.

There’s no way that’s what ended a 20-year partnership, I wonder what really happened. Was that just the final straw in a long line of problems or was it something serious? A hundred million is a hell of a lot to throw away, I’d do a radio show for a couple of hours a day with that immortal snail that’ll kill me if it touches me for that much cash.

IMO it feels like her way of getting out and getting paid. Claiming to feel “unsafe” because of something that was said at the workplace is setting up for a lawsuit.

Who the fuck listens to radio?

    Let alone these shitstains?

15 years ago I remember being forced to listen two whilst car pooling.

I lasted two trips before I decided was either slitting my wrists (and spraying it over the numpty that listened to this shit) or taking the bus and losing an hour.

    Oh no! Anyways…

But I have heard it alleged that it’s probably a way for them to get out of their contract, or a publicity stunt.
