I probably don’t know as much, but to me it seems that even with all that funding they’re not doing as much as you’d think. But maybe that’s because they’re not sending their own soldiers, then again they couldn’t even succeed in Afghanistan…
They’re definitely sending special forces and they’re very likely using some amount of “military advisors” to train and arm the Ukrainian rank and file.
A big chunk of the money is getting pissed away on mercenaries and other military contractors, certainly. This is still, at its heart, a jobs program for Nicolas Cage’s character from Lord of War.

Nah, that’s just pacifying filler text in between random facts. No reads this and then thinks about what it means, its the vibes that matter. And the vibes are “war bad but necessary because terrorists need to be stopped, thank God for the US military”.

Biden has actually been this openly ghoulish for a half a century at this point. Look for that quote from him on the senate floor in the 80s talking about the massacres in Lebanon.
In my PoliSci class we were briefly talking about Biden bombing the Houthis (in reference to logic of consequences) and my professor said the Houthis are not scared of Biden’s bombs, they’ve been bombed by the Saudis for years, this will not deter them. They’re fearless and determined.
