      This. If you wake up feeling unrested after a full 9/10h of sleep, do a sleep study.

      Chances are that something is preventing your body from resting properly.

        My problems that cause bad sleep have no treatment. But at least I got that confirmed lol

          There’s a lot of things that can be done to improve sleep, from lifestyle and behaviour changes all the way up to surgery and medication.

          It depends on what the cause is, and I have no idea what your particular issue is, but don’t let that discourage anyone from seeking help and try to improve their life.

            Yeah exactly. I’ll never have “good sleep” because my nervous systems are basically rusty and they can’t fix that unfortunately. But even in my case, I still got “better sleep” than before by making some improvements. Anecdotally, quitting sugar was the most beneficial change for me personally.
