The trespassers (SpaceX) vacated (took all their shit and left) the plot. It was then restored, as much as possible, to its previous state. They had hoped to get enough money to refund everyone who donated and keep the land, but their lawyers advised that the settlement offer of stopping trespassing and restoring the land was already as good as they were going to get in court. Sadly “restored” is the closest they could do to protecting it, at a high legal expense to themselves.
