EVs selling in the most unlikely of places
Why? Russia has huge fuel shortages, but the electricity grid still works. Even in cases where it is not, it is possible to use solar panels to charge an EV. We currently see that in Cuba.
Yeah, my point is that we’d never normally see this, if not for their blunder in Ukraine
