    The people saying it in good faith mean it takes time to build a coalition to actually get change through despite the powers that be fighting hard against it

    The people saying it in bad faith are the powerful people making it take a long time

      No. There is a third group. The group that says fighting against the powers that be is a lot easier if you take them all and put them up against a wall.

        Which leads to the second problem: who should we put up against the wall? The oligarchs aren’t accessible to you…the nice house in the nice part of town is just the local doctor.
