Then decollate the bottom page and trim the right edge off of all of them. You will certainly not regret printing/decollating/trimming 28 boxes of 3-part forms every month for ten years.

You should print 28 boxes of 3-part forms on a dot matrix printer. Then decollate the bottom page and trim the right edge off of all of them.
