There were occasional exceptions, like 60 degrees in februrary, or 100 something in mid summer, but those were like once a decade events. Now we barely have snow that lasts more than like a couple weeks before it gets warm enough to melt everything.
The Winter of 2000 was also like this. We were working on our cars with t-shirts, in Minnesota, and it was 42-50(something) a lot of the winter.
