I was getting a tour of the employees only section of a local government building and I looked down a hallway and found this. No cage. No room. Nothing more than air conditioning for controls. Just raw blinking life.

They should put a motion sensor on it and play a recorded message whenever someone approches it.

add a concave, darkly translucent bowl with an led behind it that changes intensity w the speech. lol
