The exact same way that Reagan did in the exact same way that Thatcher did in 1982. In fact, Biden providing funding and weapons for a nuclear capable nation to commit genocide is a violation of the Symington Amendment.
Biden has ZERO power to stop it because Bibi’s genocide is not dependent on anyone elses participation. It’s an engagement by Israel and Israel alone.
Biden could cut off support tomorrow and demand a cease fire, Bibi would ignore him.
