In the release thread, the developer did mention this:
Wayland works if you have the correct version of Mesa. Apparently certain distros have a version too old.
Seeing as the developer only tested on Ubuntu 24.04 and SteamOS, it’s possible that they thought it wouldn’t work at all.
Since the models have used any source available that they could grab on, it’s possible that it would also give out leaked and copyrighted source code which even after a console released 17 years ago could bring it into harm’s way
I see a lot of em dashes throughout the project including all the various code comments. Is it possibly vibe-coded?
I think it’s a pretty good idea. I personally don’t have an issue seeing if it’s AI slop as for me, they seem to be still very obvious with cuts not making sense, the generic male or female voice or even script errors. However, I can see it for channels that are using it more in a hidden manner like JCS’ video “Newlyweds Tell on Each Other”, which has since been deleted because of the backlash.
As I understood, the one that you see on the page is something distinct. They have a different service on their ACME page. If you’re using a script like acme.sh or using the ACMEIssuer in Caddy, then you can get a free wildcard certificate over that. But I assume it’s losing the advantages that have been mentioned like the web dashboard, etc.
Some of the latest games apparently came out for consoles like the Sega Fusion and Sega Prime
