I think so. Most things just work and if not in the default repos I find it in flatpak. Gimp and steam and other things are there.

Yes, I’m still using as my daily os. I find that it is stable and kept updated without any large effort on my part. Ease of mind and security.

An untested backup is no backup at all. At least test once or twice per year.

But I usually do it manually by restoring into a new instance, rather that have it done on a script.
