That could explain some the last few decades, but not earlier

It is one of my unanswered questions of American culture: the low amount of political violence against elites of any political organization.

Political violence against the poor has always been a staple. But somehow it does not happen against the wealthy unless it’s their own doing it.

I’m ignoring the handful of high profile assassinations over the last 250 years done by poor people, often mentally ill.

I myself am a victim of the modern diet, and lack of exercise. I almost died of high cholesterol and other related factors, before I started to eat better and be physically active.

I’m a firm believer in a varied diet, and that most people should have a less meaty intake.

Primates in general are designed to eat red meat. Chimps, our closest cousin, go on regular hunts against other primates, and eat them

Mice do not eat that much meat of other mammals.

I am guessing here, but right wing shows seem to have more finances. They are run by wealthy people, playing power games, who have sociopathic motivations.

Left wing shows are more run on a minimal budget, more for selfless reasons, by people who have a day job too.
