Development fees don’t go towards road infrastructure, they go towards upgrading the local infrastructure to handle the new influx of residents.

While it’s at best a hazard for a battery to eject on an urban highway, this would be really bad if it happened on a busy city street or even start forest fires in rural/heavily forested areas.

What I don’t miss are channels that put on Episode-marathons showing back-to-back episodes of a series. The multi-part episodes either air in the wrong sequence, or they don’t play those part-episodes at all.
Gotta love seeing a 3-part episodes with episode 3/3 to start, 1/3 comes next and 2/3 couldn’t make the cut in a 2+hr episode marithon.
Funny enough, Fedora just works for me. The live CD convinced me enough to install and then it stopped recognizing the touchscreen and gyro components with my display.
Only after reinstalling on the fourth attempt did Fedora finally pick up my laptop display exactly like it did in the live USB.
