  • I dunno about across the country or world, but last year here in south Mississippi, George Martin City Park, some dumbfuck literally threw away a grill with hot coals in it, into one of those plastic 55 gallon drum trashcans.

Of course they were long gone by the time the trash can fully caught fire, but at least nothing else burned down and the fire department got it put out.

Like how fucking dumb does a person have to be to throw away a grill with hot coals in it? It’s a fucking water park, go fill a bucket with water and go put your fucking coals out! And take your grill with you after… 🤦‍♂️🗑️🔥

  • LOL, have at it 👍

Its © 2001, so that’s probably a key from OG XP Home, pre-SP1

I just threw the package away, it was moldy and didn’t even have the CD. The only CD that was in there was an MSI driver CD, cracked in half of course.

I don’t even need the key for anything, I got an archived collection of numerous keys up through release candidates of Windows 7.

I did however cut out the section of the package with the logo that says “Designed for Windows XP”, for shits and giggles. I might make a fridge magnet out of it LOL!

  • Hurricane Katrina, 2 weeks no power and no internet or cell service. The local store was literally giving the cold foods away, as the coolers didn’t work, but they ended up getting a backup generator in for basic power to the lights and pumps, and they had like a mile of cars lined up to get gas, and buy dry goods and canned goods.

This was back in 2005 ya know, in a small town flooded in and struggling. Even the people running the store were struggling, they had to resort to taking a tractor to work. But we all helped each other, and the store was glad to sell whatever viable goods they had, for cash, and kept up with everything on pen and paper.
