I remember a clip of one doing the opposite, one player would lob the ball and the other would hit the opponent. Coop in this game is funny.
It’s an update with some content, not sure if it’s as big as an expansion. The game should be working fine on Linux.
I don’t understand how people listen to audiobooks. I tried multiple times to give it a try but always zone out after 5 minutes and miss parts of the story.
I’ve played it and really enjoyed it. Despite getting advertised as an ARPG, it’s really not. It’s more like dark souls but with random loot. The gameplay is very slow and methodical, and it’s very difficult. Managing loot isn’t that bad, I just went with whatever I found and didn’t have to worry too much about finding the perfect weapons/armor.
The game is self-published. They used to be published by Private Division but went indie when that company got sold. The game had legitimately troubled development.
Or the one from a few days ago
I don’t know how many times people are going to post this.
“AI-generated images were not used in the development of Mario Kart World,” a Nintendo spokesperson said.
Journalists using all of their power to stretch a few words into a full-length article to hit their quota
It’s coming out at a terrible time. Between Clair Obscur which seems to be a game of the year contender, Oblivion Remastered, Doom The Dark Ages, and later this month Elden Ring Nightrein… Too many good games lately.
The downside of opencritic is that the barrier to entry is so low you eventually get stupid quotes like that.
Hilarious that this comment is so far down, Lemmy can be such a circlejerk.
Sony and Xbox absolutely reserve the right to brick your console. IIRC Sony bricks stolen Playstation consoles if they ever connect to the internet. This is nothing new.
Most of those are old reviews, the final patch which includes major reworks came out a few days ago. It’s in a good state now and worth getting.
Very excited for this. I played Binding of Isaac for hundreds of hours, I hope that game recaptures that addiction.
Actually great bundle. Ori Will of the Wisps alone is worth $10 imo.
Yeah, it’s a prequel to the last two games.
Fe. It’s a small game by a small studio but was published by EA of all people.
Also, Child of Light by Ubisoft.
You can buy repair hammers from the blacksmith to repair equipment on the go. It’s cheaper to buy repair hammers and fix them yourself than let the blacksmith do it, too
If they provide an optimized version of windows for gaming, they could have a competitive advantage
The Shivering Isles is a ton of fun. I didn’t know what to expect in an Oblivion DLC (I barely played the original game) but I was pleasantly surprised by how weird it is. Like you said, it’s an Alice in Wonderland scenario with bizarre quests and a crazy king. Sheogorath’s voice acting is legendary.
By the way you should repair your armor :P
But it turns out they fake their deaths and the camera pans to a small town in mexico: “15 years later…” where you play as their child and discover they’re both alive and well, but bored with their lives. They reminisce on the good old days of adventure before reading the mail and discovering a potential bank to rob. “One last heist, eh?” one says to the other before both of them smile and the screen cuts to black.
Hire fans, or something
Thanks for the update. False alarm.
