Cake is delicious
Just be glad it’s not jeans again
I can speak from personal experience that that is an effective method.
That’s smart! I like your style
He always does, what a great showdy
All I can say with certainty is it’s not me
Oh wonderful, I’m glad to hear it. Don’t suppose you have any tips for navigating her incessant quilting talk while you’re here?
That’s freaking awesome! Trumpet is so cool, I have one that I wanna learn to play someday.
I just bought my first manual transmission car! I’m loving it so far, definitely hold out as long as you can.
For me it’s definitely a game! I’ll still boot up an emulator to play super metroid on SNES, and that game is 31 years old. I can’t think of anything else I regularly do or enjoy that’s quite that old, but I could definitely be forgetting something.
Edit: upon more thought chess is way older and I at least do a puzzle daily so maybe that counts. I don’t play actual games that often though.
I hope that fish got put back in water right quick :(
Buddy, I’m not attacking you. I’m explaining. That’s why you’re getting pushback. Take from that what you want, but that’s how you’re coming across in my view.
Honestly a lot of stuff I like to get the nice version. Most packaged products you can get away with cheaper, but paper products you wanna splurge on, and produce you wanna get from a local store with good stuff rather than your local megamart when possible. A farmer’s market or even just a neighborhood grocery store is usually gonna have fresher, tastier veggies in my experience. A little more expensive, but worth it.
Toilet paper too! As someone who needs to use it for peeing, it likes to stick if you get the cheap stuff. Not fun!
I can say from personal experience this applies to vegan butter too. Get Miyoko’s, or Violife if you absolutely have to, but for all that’s good don’t get shitty butter.
Why the opposition to investigating anything at all?
The opposition is because you’re treating us as a condition to be fixed instead of who we are. You’re essentially saying, or it at least is coming off as such, that “you’re wrong, I know who you are better than you. It doesn’t matter what historically has worked to make life better for you, and it doesn’t matter what your lived experience is, I know better than you. If we can just numb the part that makes you different, I won’t have to look at people like you anymore. Wouldn’t you rather my cure?”
Pretending like people are a condition to be fixed is why you get pushback. Some people are trans, and some experience gender dysphoria. Making dysphoria less painful in some hypothetical future sense doesn’t make us not who we are. Trans men are men. Trans women are women. Telling them they’re wrong because it makes you uncomfortable isn’t going to be popular with anyone who knows or supports any trans person.
Well, I hope someday you get funding for your passion project.
I don’t think doubting the benefits of a currently fictional alternative medicine is an unreasonable position to take.
I have to do some cleaning of like dishes and things daily or it gets out of hand. Most cleaning I do weekly though, so it’s not great but I never let it get too bad
