I feel like OP has his own definition for “tbh” in this comic, because that doesn’t make any sense.

Brits use “to be honest” as random filler in a sentence that has nothing to do with a statement being right or a lie.

  It’s definitely for true stuff. It’s filler but it’s more emphasis than random.
