Yes. I still have some of the tins around as they are the perfect size for storing button sets, small screws, tacks and the like. You opened the tin with a 5c piece, twisting up the lid at the corner. The lozenge wrappers were tinfoil, and once the tin was opened the lozenge would get sticky and the foil would stick to it like glue. I can’t recall how many times I could only half unwrap a strepsil and resorted to dissolving it out of its tinfoil in my mouth.
