Different users, different convo. .ml may be federated but not everyone there will see something on lemmygrad, especially if they sort by local or subscribed.
i sort by new and on all instances and it’s clear that the people on .ml and lemmygrad are getting the full group chat while people on instances like .world are only getting a smaller subset; which is why i asked the question.
I see. I sort by local and become aware of chats on other instances when there’s a cross post. I’ve noticed the type of conversation can be different even between the same users commenting on LG, HB, and .ml.
