I wish I could stop, but my small family is spread out all over the globe and I just have no other way to stay in touch with them. This includes my brother, who seems to want to communicate with the family via Facebook.
That is the main reason I still have an account but I seldom use it for anything other than messanger… I was planning on deleting my facebook account and make a new one but that plan changed.

You’re still in their ecosystem and they read your messages and probably are training their LLMs on them, probably.
