Summary

U.S. immigration authorities detained Fabian Schmidt, a 34-year-old German national and legal U.S. resident, at Boston Logan Airport on March 7.

He was interrogated, hospitalized, and later transferred to an ICE detention facility in Rhode Island. His family, unaware of any legal issues, has hired a lawyer.

Schmidt had recently traveled to Germany and was returning home to New Hampshire. His case raises concerns amid Trump’s stricter immigration policies.

The German embassy is monitoring the situation but has not disclosed details. ICE has not commented.

Clearly it’s because they stopped him to verify he was a Nazi. When it became obvious he wasn’t, everything else is the natural response of the ICE immune system of course. Purging anything non-Bald Eagle Screeching Aryan.
