With using a vpn to bypass this coming age verification thing, will you still be able to access your old account or do you have to enable the vpn and then make a new one?

I mostly care because I’ve shared a lot of art tutorials/resources/references on one account to save them and it may not be easy/reliable to back it all up manually.
