Roughly a week after Donald Trump started his second term as president, the U.S. military issued an order to three freight airlines operating out of Dover Air Force Base in Delaware and a U.S. base in Qatar: Stop 11 flights loaded with artillery shells and other weaponry and bound for Ukraine.

In a matter of hours, frantic questions reached Washington from Ukrainians in Kyiv and from officials in Poland, where the shipments were coordinated. Who had ordered the U.S. Transportation Command, known as TRANSCOM, to halt the flights? Was it a permanent pause on all aid? Or just some?

Top national security officials — in the White House, the Pentagon and the State Department — couldn’t provide answers. Within one week, flights were back in the air.

The verbal order originated from the office of Pete Hegseth, the secretary of defense, according to TRANSCOM records reviewed by Reuters.

Congrats bro, the republicans suck. I expect the democrats to be the good guys, and good guys dont help genocide.

The main problem with republican voters is that they vote for whoever they are told to vote for, no matter what horrible things they did.

If all the democratic party has to offer is “genocide, status quo but we arent trump” then they deserve all the blame for what happened.

I voted for Kamala. I did it while gritting my teeth and there is something seriously wrong with that. I wont let a bunch of rubes scapegoat voters after the shitshow the dems orchestrated.

i understand where you’re coming from but what are your ideals worth if the execution only causes things to get worse for the very people you want to help?

please note i don’t mean you specifically but those that held their vote.

i understand being pissed at the Democrats. I will never say you should stop holding them accountable, just that holding your vote does way, WAY more damage than good

By consistently blaming voters, you are doing the opposite of holding them accountable.

Getting mad at anybody but them is a waste of energy and gives them the green light to give us the same exact platform next election.

I was saying to vote for Kamala anyways just like everyone else before the election. But now that its over and they lost, we have to demand change imo.

I’m not blaming voters but I am pointing out that it won’t work and it’s self defeating, what they do with that is their business

What the heck is a democrate? Is that like a crate of demolition goodies, or an act of demolishing and crating your enemies? I’m not sure your opinion can be taken seriously when you haven’t even seen their name spelled out enough to have that down pat

Edited the typo but yes, it would be like a crate of demolition goodies, if your chances of being elected was what you were trying to demolish.
