The world is more divided than ever, but there’s still something (nearly) everyone agrees on: The U.S. is unloved.

The United States is becoming less popular globally in the aftermath of Donald Trump’s return to the White House, according to new data.

The 2025 Democracy Perception Index summarizes attitudes toward democracy, geopolitics and global power players, and canvassed more than 110,000 respondents across 100 countries.

A majority of people surveyed had an overall negative perception of the U.S., marking a steep decline from last year. America’s reputation took a particularly massive hit in EU countries — perhaps unsurprisingly, as U.S. President Donald Trump has called the bloc “horrible,” “pathetic” and “formed to screw the United States.”

Biden was a bit of a walking disaster on the international stage, very gaffe prone. Obama bugged Merkel and got caught, and spent much of his time crashing Pakistani weddings with missiles so he wasn’t exactly Mr Popularity either.

It was a low bar, and Trump managed to get stuck under even that.

Did you see the amazing spectacular that greeted Biden in Ireland ? Unsure about other places to be honest, and also during his term he created a lot of good things, and the almighty stock market was booming. That’s after inheriting the shit show that Agent Orange left.

And yes I have heard some bad things about Obama sadly. trump has fallen below all previous bars so fuck him and the golden shitter that he rode in on. I’ve never despised a person the way I do him.

Looking forward to cracking open the most expensive bottle of bubbles that I’ve ever bought when I hear the damn great news. You know what news.

      Peace and love from Australia.
