I think I should leave Lemmy. No one likes me. My contributions don’t matter. It is implied that I am garbage. People always downvote my posts, and this shows that I am a useless user on Lemmy.

    People always downvote my posts

You have made 5 posts, including this one. Your first two posts have received no downvotes. Your third post was about iPhones in a community whose very first rule is that posts must be about Androids and you campaigned for iPhones in the comments; this post was removed and I assume it got downvoted for its flagrant disregard for the community. Your next post was you protesting that you were wronged for the previous post’s removal, and that post got downvoted because you were not wronged. This post is getting downvoted because, once again, you were not wronged — you failed to read.

It is implied that I am garbage

You’re referencing this comment on your post complaining about the iPhone post’s removal:

“Just because you post garbage people don’t want to see doesn’t mean you are garbage.”

This clearly is not calling you garbage. It is stating how you failed to consider what you were posting online and/or where you were posting it. It is not a slight against you, but is instead a slight against your error. You then claimed:

“This user is implying that I am a garbage”

And obdurately defended your position and further refused to understand:

“I am not going to engage in a conversation that makes me uncomfortable and suggests that I am being accused of being a dumb person. Further engagement will result in the blockage of your account”

    These three possibilities exist:

    1. You can read above an elementary level, but hastily choose not to

    or

    1. You cannot read above an elementary level

    or

    1. You can read above an elementary level and you have read everything coherently, but you instead choose to troll Lemmy

Since I started typing this comment, you’ve since made another post believing yourself to be wronged. Once again, you have not been wronged. You seem to mistake being held culpable for an error to be equivalent to persecution.

Maybe don’t go to an Android community and talk about how much you like iPhones?

An online community benefits from members supporting each other and maintaining respectful interactions. It is important to avoid treating others disrespectfully or in a way that harms their wellbeing. I do not condone content that involves bullying or makes me feel uncomfortable. Addressing conflicts in a respectful manner is preferable. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

You were not respectful to the members of the !android@lemmy.world community when you disregarded their foremost rule and campaigned against their interest. You have not been respectful to other users by twisting their words and completely disregarding their meaning. Interactions are a two-way street, and you’ve received a just response for disrespecting other users. Look more closely at what is expected in terms of behavior on your end, and take the time to actually read what other users and community rules are saying.

In this context, Squorple has acted in a manner that conflicts with my core values of respecting individuals and maintaining their dignity.

I have genuine concerns for your mental health, whether you are trolling or not. With a psychiatrist who is fluent in English, allow them to read word for word the comments you have received as well as the posts and comments which you have written and discuss in full with this professional what they think the best step forward is for you and abide by their prescription.

“I went to a biker bar and said I hate motorcycles. Now nobody likes me 😭”

If you’re this clueless, people will hate you no matter where you go.
