    Not in anything Petrochemical. They rulebooks habe a very clear restriction on “anything that is, or appears to be” (a cigarette).

      If that’s true, why do cigarettes contribute so heavily to explosions at Russian refineries, ammunition dumps, and field bases?

      Totally makes sense too. If the fake cigarettes are ok, chances are that someone doesn’t get they are fake and uses a real one.

      Besides, using a fake cigarette has no benefit for anyone, so there’s no harm in banning these too if it makes policing the use of real ones easier.
