        I have all these habits and confirm it’s a shit post, no one cares about these values. They just want to extract as much work from you at the lowest cost and then discard you as soon as you point out all the illegal shit they are doing.

    lol #2 can fuck right off. oh okay so MY time is less valuable then which is fine? i will be there when you expect me to. showing up early can make people feel like you are waiting on them and now they are stressed about keeping you waiting. this is such a dumb habit to enforce imo.

      Depends a lot on the specific situations. What I imagine is that it also gives you a bit wiggle room. When you plan to be there 5 minutes early you will never arrive stressed (being just in time is very difficult) and it gives you the opportunity to for example shortly talk to someone you meet on the way or get a coffee when you made it in time or think again about what you wanted to talk about etc.

        oh sure. i guess i dislike that it’s tied to the expectation of you being a good worker as if that’s the most significant part of arriving early. leaving to give yourself time is centering yourself more.
