    Some posts on Twitter/X show they are enraged at Trump as well and calling for God to curse him etc.

    I find that kind of amusing on multiple levels.

      I’m sure every reasonable and loving god would be more than happy to curse the enemies of the people who think they are the chosen ones.

            In the OT, “Chosen People” always meant “singled out for abuse by a capricious deity,” so they’d be better off without it.
