Unless it is 100 meters underground it feels like a really bad investment. Unlike the Pentagon which obviously isn’t threatened by regional wars in West Asia – this shit will get flattened by Israel the first 24 hours of any confrontation. To gather your whole military command infrastructure in one place above ground like this cannot be done in good faith after looking at what happened in the Iran war.
