    Those are “verified open ai” as in “yes, it works” or “no rights were violated during training”?

      Open as in: the model weights are available for download. And I’d say verified means someone checked it’s some license which allows it to be used by anyone and the uploader entered the correct license. All other kinds of “open” are kinda rare with AI. Of course most models there don’t come with open training data. And it’s the models by the companies who don’t really care for copyright.
