One of my employees is following bakery courses because apparently data governance is not hype enough anymore.
She shared with me some recipes and daaaaaamn those are delicious.
I’m torn between losing her as an employee once she launches her bakery and enjoying her newfound expertise.
You keeping that recipe close to your chest or are you in the business of telling me the goods? They look fire.
Once she leaves you can get breakfast/lunch at her bakery. Win/win
The whole team has so far enjoyed the journey :) We got breads and also a lot of pastries of all sorts that were all delicious. We’re hooked
Give her a promotion and a raise, on the condition she hands in a box of little sandwiches every week as her KPI
Li’l Sandwiches new album cover is 🔥
What’s in them?
We put curry in 😬

These look great! What kind of sandwich did you make with them?
Curry buns 😬
Are those potato buns?
No those are 100% wheat flour based. I saw recipes calling for mashed potatoes but haven’t tried those yet. Are they anything special ?

They’re really nice.
This is a batch I made a while ago so that’s why I was asking! Looks similar.
Those are beautiful as well. The deeper browning is very inviting 😌 They look like the sort used to clean sauce from a plate.
