They are (a) mostly isolating the cloudflare citations, which even that company in your own very article freely admits they cannot fully isolate but also not particularly rule-out precisely the bot activity taking place; (b) only isolate “known russian propaganda networks” and © take the word of Yandex itself (silly lol).
