1·21 hours agoThat actually explains why they do not want linux users,I could just modify my OS to not give the right IDs Welp, Unless they made their thingy from scratch instead of using a system component which at that point idk how you would approach it

He did not even knew who he was abducting 😭🙏
To be noted: it works only if you use only summit to use lemmy, otherwise it’s kinda useless as that feature only works locally on summit

Fediverse@lemmy.world•fediverse.info - A site that introduces the concept of the fediverse, and provides an easy way for new users to find the type of experience they wantEnglish
3·2 days agoThat’s because Mastodon, PixelFed, Lemmy etc etc are different services based on ActivityPub, they aren’t instances of the same thing; what you want is a software that can communicate with Mastodon, PixelFed and Lemmy
TL;DR: the softwares themselves have to be made in a way to be compatible with eachothers, eg: Lemmy and PieFed works with eachother or you can also use Mastodon to interact with Lemmy (but not viceversa IIRC) too

Yeah i agree, though, I think that’s not a good tech anymore and hopefully it will superseeded by tech similiar to the digital euro one which seems way more reliable and works offline
I once tried crypto, I added 10/15€ to the wallet, I couldn’t use them for transactions anymore cuz i needed to add at least 20€, i honestly just left those money there and ignored cryptos ever since; it was not told to me anywhere that i needed at least 20€ for transaction, i expect them to hide even more important infoes about how the shit works if they do not bother to let me know such stuff :/
Edit: i used USDC i think
When i was little i though a “Zingaro” (gypsy) was someone poor or like someone who didn’t dress up well due to my mother saying stuff like “Don’t use X clothing like that, you look like a gypsy”
“Tira” can mean both, it depends on the situation; it can also mean pull btw
