Cyberpunk literature has been around for decades. They called it pretty accurately.

That’s because, unlike the maniacal morons currently in charge of our government, the Iranians are not stupid. They know that the Trump administration is extremely unpopular and vulnerable. Screaming “death to America” or “the streets will run red with American blood”, etc. is only going to bolster support for Trump, out of fear. If instead they reassure the American population that there is no intention to bring harm to them, then the American people will (hopefully) reject Trump and his batshit agenda.

I didn’t make my comment based purely on my personal feelings. This article sheds a little light on what could have been the motivation.

100% feel that in my bones. There is a clip in the video of a boy in a kahki colored jump suit that turns to the camera gives a stunningly beautiful smile. What a beautiful boy, and we are killing boys and girls like him as if they were nothing. The missile strike on the girls school should have stopped the attacks. A fuck up of that scale (assuming it was a mistake and not deliberate), should have stopped all attacks until a full investigation was complete.

Gen-X here. IMHO, Boomers have been the worst generation, in terms of values and impact, this country has ever seen. Gen-X is a mixed bag. Millenials are the best of all the gens currently alive, and they got fucked the hardest. Gen-Z is cynical as fuck, and I cannot blame them.

I disagree with your assessment of the future though. The only thing manosphere Gen-Z is accomplishing is their own marginalization. Men are outnumbered. Straight men, even more so. My faith lies with young women, minorities, LGBTQ+, and all those working hard for the survival of those they care about.

Remember the list I noted about the best non-tesla EVs. Remember that I started by stating that the BMW was second to the ioniq5? I think the ioniq6 was somewhere on the lists Inwas looking at when shopping for an EV, but it definitely was nowhere near the top. It was getting beat by Polestar.

No. I replied to the comment insinuating that the ioniq5 sold well because it is a crossover by noting that it was voted to be the best non-tesla EV in North America (for model year 2025). People bought it because it was good, not just because it was a crossover.

That makes no sense. Sales figures do not measure only quality and performance, they also take into account affordability, marketing, dealership distribution, etc… The car enthusiast outlets tend.to focus only on the car.

If you want to buy the most popular car, look at sales figures. If you want to buy the best car, look at expert reviews.

It’s been two years and I read/watched a fuckton of reviews. I believe it was Autoweek that did their rankings, but it might have been Road & Track. I could look it up again, but I’m not that curious. Good luck on your search.

When I bought my 2025 BMW i4 M50 it was voted the second best non-Tesla EV you could buy in North America. Number one was the Ioniq 5n. I think it has more going for it than it’s crossoverness.

Depends on what aspects of Canva you speak of.

• Graphics manipulation, a la Photoshop - GIMP
• Generative AI graphics - There is no ethical alternative
• Printing (t-shirts, posters, etc) - There are many out there, but you will have to create your design in GIMP first.

I guess we have some conflicting reports.

Not surprising given the shit show that is this administration. I tend to believe Rubio and Trump’s initial comments, only because they seem like a mistake. Whitkoff and Kushner don’t seem like people that speak off the cuff…but that’s just my personal opinion.
